Company Page vs. Club Page

The three ways players reach your club on PadelOS, and how the company page and club page links work.

Written by Haris K

Players can interact with your club in three ways: through the native app, through a company page on the web, or through a club page on the web. This guide explains what each one is, how the company page and club page differ, and how their links are built, using Padel Powers as the example.

The Three Ways Players Reach Your Club

Way

What it is

Where it lives

Native app

The iOS and Android app players install on their phone

The App Store and Google Play

Company page

A web page that combines all of a company's locations

player.padelos.co/company/ followed by the company ID

Club page

A web page for one individual location

player.padelos.co/club/ followed by the club ID

The company page and the club page are the two kinds of web view. Players don't need to install anything to use them. They open a link in their browser.

The Native App

The native app is your club's iOS and Android app. Players download it, sign in, and book courts, join open matches, register for events, trainings and tournaments, and manage their wallet and memberships from their phone.

For how the app is published for your club, see the Pre-Account Setup Guide.

The Web View

The web view is the same player experience in a browser, reached through a link. This is the version you put on your website, in emails, in social posts or in a QR code. There are two kinds of link, depending on whether you want to show all your locations together or just one.

Company page

The company page is for clubs that have multiple locations. It is the page where the combined content from all the locations is shown together. A player lands on one page and can switch between locations from there.

You can also narrow the company page to specific locations by adding clubIds to the link.

Club page

The club page is a link that loads the content for one individual location only. A player who opens it stays on that club's page and sees only that location's bookings, open matches, events and trainings. The club page opens on the booking page.

Example: Padel Powers

Padel Powers is one company with three locations in the Czech Republic.

Company ID: 217

Location

Club ID

Prague Smíchov

216927

Brno Kravi Hora

216928

Brno Slatina

216930

Company page, all three locations together:

The number in this link, 217, is the company ID.

Company page, narrowed to two locations:

This opens the company page with only Brno Kravi Hora and Brno Slatina selected.

Club page, Brno Kravi Hora only:

The number in this link, 216928, is the club ID of that location. Only Brno Kravi Hora's content loads.

Company Page vs. Club Page at a Glance

Company page

Club page

What it shows

Combined content from all locations

Content for one location only

Link starts with

company/ and the company ID

club/ and the club ID

Example

company/217

club/216928

Choosing locations

Players switch between locations on the page, and you can pick locations with clubIds

The location is fixed by the link, and clubIds does not apply

Registration link

One company-wide link, where the form asks the player to choose their home club

One link per location, such as club/216928?auth=register

How to Check Which One Your Club Uses

Open your club's player app in a browser and look at the address. If it shows /company/, your club uses the company page links. If it shows /club/, it uses club page links.

The link structure for sections such as bookings, open matches, events, trainings and tournaments depends on this, so it's worth checking before you share a link.

Which Link Should I Share?

  • Promoting all your locations together: share the company page.

  • Promoting a few specific locations: share the company page with clubIds added.

  • Promoting one location: share that location's club page.

For every parameter you can add to these links, including language, sections, filters and the registration form, see the Web URL Guide.
