Child Accounts let a parent create a full player profile for their child — with its own bookings, rating, wallet, and membership history — without the child needing a separate login. The parent creates the profile, then switches into it whenever they want to book or manage on the child's behalf.
A Child Account works like any other player account: it has its own profile, rating, bookings and registrations history, wallet, memberships, and loyalty tier. The only difference is access — a child profile has no independent sign-in and can only be reached by switching into it from the parent's account.
Creating a Child Account
From the parent's account, the parent selects Add Kids Account in Settings (or the main menu).
If the parent has no Child Account yet, this opens the child account creation form directly.
The parent fills in:
First Name
Last Name
Gender
Date of Birth
Home Club
Rating — only if your club's rating policy allows setting a rating at creation
On save, the child profile is created and nested under the parent's account.
A parent can create more than one Child Account. Once the first one exists, Add Kids Account switches roles — see below.
Switching between profiles
Once a parent has at least one Child Account, Add Kids Account becomes the entry point for switching profiles instead of creating one directly.
Selecting it opens a popup listing:
The parent's own profile
Every Child profile created under the account
An Add Kids Account action to create another child profile
Selecting a profile makes it active for the session. Only one profile can be active at a time, and every action taken — bookings, registrations, wallet spend, ratings — is attributed to whichever profile is currently active, not automatically to the parent.
The parent can switch back to their own profile, or to a different child, at any time from the same popup.
Wallet and activity are kept separate
Each Child Account has its own wallet, independent of the parent's wallet and of any sibling's wallet. While a child profile is active, bookings and registrations are paid from that child's balance.
Bookings, registrations, and ratings history are also tracked per profile — a child's activity never appears on the parent's own history, and vice versa. Ratings are set at creation according to your club's rating policy and update over time like any other player profile.
Legal Age policy and Date of Birth
Each club configures a Legal Age policy — the age at which a player is considered an adult at that club. This policy controls which dates of birth are selectable in the Date of Birth calendar picker:
Adult sign-up / profile edit — only dates of birth at or above the legal age are selectable.
Child sign-up / profile edit — only dates of birth below the legal age are selectable.
Example: if a club's Legal Age policy is set to 18, a parent creating a Child Account can only pick a Date of Birth for a player younger than 18. If they later try to edit that child's Date of Birth to make them 18 or older, the picker won't allow it — that profile would need to follow the adult sign-up path instead.
Deleting a Child Account
A Child Account is deleted the same way as any account: switch into the child's profile, then go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account.
Things to know
A Child Account can only be linked to one parent account. Linking the same child to two parent accounts (for example, shared custody) isn't supported.
Child Accounts have no independent login — they're only ever accessed by switching from the parent's account.
