Corporate Accounts

How corporate wallets work, how to add employees, and what the experience looks like for players.

Written by Haris K

Corporate Accounts let a business set up a shared wallet for its employees to use at your club — for court bookings, events, trainings, or any other paid activity. This guide covers how to set one up as a club admin, and what employees see on their side once they're added.

Creating a Corporate Account

The first step is creating the corporate account itself. Once created, the account has its own dedicated wallet, separate from any personal player wallets.

Adding Employees

Employees are added to a corporate account using their email address. The corporate administrator provides the list of emails, and the club admin adds them to the system.

A few things worth noting:

  • Employee emails don't need to be company-owned addresses — private emails work just as well.

  • An email can belong to an existing PadelOS player. If that player already has an account, they're simply linked to the corporate account rather than a new one being created.

Topping Up the Corporate Wallet

Once employees are set up, the corporate wallet can be topped up with funds. The process is simple:

  1. The club admin sends the corporate a top-up link.

  2. Anyone from the corporate can open the link and use a credit card to add funds to the wallet — for any amount they choose.

Corporate Wallet Settings

Each corporate account has two configurable settings:

  • Monthly Spend Limit per Employee: Set how much each employee is allowed to spend from the corporate wallet per month.

  • Spending Scope: Choose whether employees can use the corporate wallet balance only for bookings with other employees from the same corporate account, or with any other player at the club.

The Player Experience

Once a player is added as an employee of a corporate account, they will see two wallets on their side — their personal wallet, and the corporate wallet.

When that player goes to pay for a booking or any other activity using their wallet, a prompt appears asking which wallet they'd like to use: their personal wallet, or the corporate wallet. The player chooses at the point of payment, giving them full control over which balance is used for each transaction.

How Billing Works

When a corporate tops up its wallet, this is treated differently from a regular player wallet top-up. The corporate receives an invoice for the top-up amount, and VAT is shown on that invoice.
