Court Pricing

How to set regular and scheduled prices for your courts, including prices for open matches.

Written by Haris K

Court pricing controls what players pay to book your courts. You can set one price structure that applies all the time, then layer special pricing on top for specific dates, such as the Christmas period. You can also charge different amounts at different times of day, for example a lower price during the day and a higher price in the evening.

Where to Find It

Go to Settings → Pricing. This is where you add and manage the prices for each court.

Step 1: Choose the Courts

When you add a price, you first choose which courts it applies to. You can select:

  • A single court: the price applies to that court only.

  • Multiple courts: the same price applies to all the courts you select, so you don't need to enter it again for each one.

Step 2: Choose the Pricing Type

There are two types of pricing:

Type

When it applies

Regular pricing

Everywhere and every time. This is your standard price structure.

Scheduled pricing

Only on the specific dates you choose. It overrides the regular pricing on those dates.

Example: your regular pricing applies all year. For the whole of December, you add a scheduled price. On those dates, the scheduled price is used instead of the regular one. Once December is over, the regular pricing applies again.

Step 3: Set the Days and Times

Next, define when the price applies.

Days: choose which days of the week the price applies to, for example Monday to Friday, or weekends only.

Start time and end time: choose the time window the price covers. This lets you charge different prices at different times of the day.

Example: on weekdays you might set one price from the morning until 4 PM, for non-peak hours, and a second price from 4 PM onwards, for peak hours. These are two separate price entries, each with its own time window.

Step 4: Set the Prices

For each price entry, you set what you want to charge for each booking length:

  • 60 minutes

  • 90 minutes

  • 120 minutes

Open Match Pricing

Open matches have their own pricing, set in the same way. For each of the 60, 90 and 120 minute lengths, you set what you want to charge for an open match. This means you can price open matches differently from regular court bookings.

Example: Putting It Together

A club wants different prices for non-peak and peak hours on weekdays, and a special price for the Christmas period. They set the following for Court 1 and Court 2, selecting both courts in one go.

Regular pricing, weekdays, non-peak (from the morning until 4 PM):

Booking length

Price

60 minutes

€24

90 minutes

€34

120 minutes

€44

Regular pricing, weekdays, peak (4 PM until closing):

Booking length

Price

60 minutes

€32

90 minutes

€46

120 minutes

€60

Scheduled pricing, 1 December to 31 December, every day:

Booking length

Price

60 minutes

€36

90 minutes

€52

120 minutes

€68

The club would add weekend entries in the same way. During December, the scheduled prices replace the regular ones on those dates. From 1 January, the regular pricing applies again.

Prices and Court Availability

Prices don't only decide what players pay. A court is only bookable at times where a price has been set. If you set a court to be open from 7 AM but only add prices from 8 AM, players can't book the court between 7 and 8.

When you set up your time windows, make sure the prices together cover every hour you want players to be able to book, with no gaps.

For how club hours, court hours and pricing work together, see the How Court Pricing & Hours Affect Availability article.
