When to Use It
Use Copy From Another when you are creating an activity that is similar to one you have run before, such as a weekly training or a repeat event. Instead of filling in every field again, you copy the existing setup and only change what's different.
You can only copy from an activity of the same type:

Tournament | Tournaments |
Step 1 — Open the Create Form
Go to Trainings, Events, or Tournaments and click the create button (for example, Create Training). The create form opens.
Step 2 — Click Copy From Another
Click Copy From Another in the top right of the form. A list of activities opens.
Step 3 — Find the Activity to Copy
The list shows both past and future activities, with the most recent start date first. Each row shows:
Club
Name
Start Date
End Date
Time
Use Search, Columns, or Filters to narrow the list down.
Step 4 — Select and Confirm
Click the activity you want to copy, then click Confirm. Its details are filled into the create form.
To close the list without copying anything, click Cancel.
Step 5 — Review and Save
Check the copied details and update anything that should be different, such as the name or dates. Then click Save Changes.
Nothing is saved until you click Save Changes.
Good to Know
Existing values are replaced. Anything you had already entered in the form is overwritten by the copied details. Copy first, then make your changes.
Images and attachments are not copied. Upload them again in the Gallery and Attachments sections if needed.
