Finances — Transactions Table

A guide to understanding the transactions table and what each transaction type means.

Written by Haris K

⚠ Need detailed financial reporting for your accounts? The transactions table provides a high-level cash flow overview. If you need a complete breakdown of your finances to properly manage your accounting, we can build custom reports tailored to your club. Please contact our support team to request this.

You can access finance table > https://club.padelos.co/finances

The Finances table gives you a complete view of all payments made by players at your club. Every time a player completes a payment — whether for a court booking, an event, a wallet top-up, or anything else — it appears here as a transaction row.

Each row shows key financial details including the date and time, the player's email, the activity it relates to, the base price, any discounts applied, how much was paid via wallet, the total amount charged, VAT, service fee, club fee, gateway fee, and the transaction status.

Note that if a player purchases a multi-session training package (e.g. 6 sessions paid upfront), the full amount will appear as a single transaction in this table rather than being split across individual sessions.

You can search across transactions, filter by date or type, customise which columns are visible using the Columns button, and export data using Filters and Export.
