Campaigns let you send targeted messages to groups of players — whether that's a segment you've built, a manually created group, or both. This guide walks through how to create one.
Step 1: Associated Clubs
Select which club(s) this campaign applies to.
Step 2: Campaign Details
Give the campaign a name and, optionally, a description for internal reference.
Step 3: Select Your Audience
Choose who the campaign is sent to — either a Segment you've already created, or a Group you've already set up. This determines exactly which players will receive the message.
Step 4: Select a Channel
Choose how the campaign is sent. Available channels are:
PadelOS In-App Chat (currently the only active channel)
Email
WhatsApp
SMS
Email, WhatsApp, and SMS are planned channels and not yet active. Currently, all campaigns are sent through the PadelOS in-app chat.
Step 5: Write Your Message
Draft the text of the message you want to send to your selected audience.
How Players Receive Campaigns
When a campaign is sent via the in-app chat channel, it appears in the player's Messages section under a dedicated Promotions thread — separate from their regular club conversation.
The Promotions thread is one-way: players can see the message but cannot reply to it. This keeps campaign messaging distinct from normal support conversations, which remain fully two-way in the Communication Hub.
