Discounts — Creating & Managing

How discount templates and codes work, and how to set up and manage them for your club.

Written by Haris K

Discounts work in two steps. First you create a template that defines the rules — what it applies to, how much, when it's valid, and usage limits. Then you generate individual codes under that template, which players actually use at checkout. Set the rules once, then generate as many codes as you need without rebuilding the logic each time.

Note: Discounts and Vouchers sit together in the menu but are separate modules. This guide covers Discounts only.

Step 1: Create the Template

  • Associated Clubs: Which location(s) the discount applies to.

  • General Info: Name, internal labels, and description.

  • Usage Limits: Maximum Usage (total redemptions across all users) and Maximum Usage Per User. Set to No Limit for unrestricted use.

  • Age Limit: Optional min/max age restriction.

  • Duration: Either No Time Limit (always valid) or a fixed date range (e.g. 1 Jan–30 Jul).

  • Activity Discounts: A percentage discount for Events, Trainings, Private Lessons, and Tournaments.

  • Booking Discount Rules: One or more rules — same structure as membership rules — covering Courts, Days, Start/End Time, Discount %, Booking Durations, Discount Application (Player Portion vs. Total Court Charges), and Valid For (Split Only vs. Both). Add multiple rules for different combinations. (For a full breakdown of Discount Application and Valid For, see the Membership Discount Application guide — the logic is identical.)

Click Save Changes to create the template.

Step 2: Generate Codes

Once saved, generate individual codes under the template — e.g. CHRISTMAS2026, HARIS80. Each code inherits all the template's rules, so creating a new one takes seconds.

Tracking & Management

Each code can be tracked and managed independently:

  • See usage per code and per player

  • Enable or disable any code at any time, without affecting the template or other codes under it

This lets you run several campaigns off one template and monitor each separately.
